A minimum of 10 business days should be anticipated. A longer duration may be needed if additional materials are needed for a design.

Process for ordering a custom trinket tray:
1. Message me via Etsy and we will discuss your custom design.
2. Once we have agreed on your custom design, I will ask you to purchase the listing.
3. Upon purchase of the listing, I will begin making your custom item.
4. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the item to be completed. Additional time may be needed if new materials need to be sourced. The item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of completion.
6. Please note, there is a $6.50 non-refundable custom pour fee for all custom trinket trays.
